The author

Yann FOURNIER is an economist by training and an entrepreneur with international experience across four continents. Based in Mexico after years of work in Africa and Asia, he has long observed how political narratives are constructed, repeated, and eventually become collective certainties.

For more than twenty years, he wrote fragments of fiction, chronicles, and personal reflections that remained unpublished in his drawers. Donald Trump's reelection marked a turning point: he chose to transform that fragmented writing into a public analysis aimed at capturing the anomalies of political discourse before they disappeared into the next media cycle.

Infosclerosis

Infosclerosis is not disinformation in the classical sense, nor a plain lie. It is saturation.

Too much data, too many stimuli, and at some point the brain gives up. It stops trying to understand. It absorbs. It consumes.

Critical thought does not vanish abruptly: it erodes, gradually replaced by reflexes conditioned by an algorithm.
